| Job Description: |
- To test the identity, quality & purity of raw & finished material to recommend rejection of the material of poor quality and approve material of the prescribed quality only.
- To ensure / monitor the in process inspection of the products in Quality Control Lab according to BM standard.
- To prepare and validate the methods of analysis, validate the equipment, monitor their use, take steps for proper maintenance etc.
- To monitor the storage and handling of raw materials finished products, containers, closures and packing materials.
- To investigate complains on quality of products and take / recommend appropriate measures and examine returned goods and recommend their proper disposal
- To prepare QC lab SOPs, COAs and monographs according to pharmacopeia.
- To conduct & monitor stability testing
- To monitor distillation process
- To carry out testing of purified water from RO plant.
- To carry out herbs identification test on HPTLC.
- To generate OOS (out of specification) report for management.
- Data analysis of different product & prepared feedback data of the product.
- Development of testing protocols of medicine, herbs and their revalidation.
