| Job Description: |
- Assist in maintaining and updating daily demand Sheet.
- Verifying employee advances and posting in cash demand sheet.
- Identify unaudited payments and record in daily cash demand sheet
- Note observation if any in documents.
- Report Observations to Executive Internal Audit.
- Verifying overtime of staff by a total hour spent in overtime and check approvals.
- Verifying traveling sheet of staff by distance traveled and given fuel rates by Human Resource.
- Ensure Transaction cost properly charged to BGC companies.
- Assist in Payroll Pre-audit.
