We are looking for an innovative, creative, and technology-curious Intern to work with the Network Administration to support the day-to-day operations and contribute to IT technical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine maintenance of networking equipment (routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, wireless access points, etc.)
• Assist with updating network devices with new versions.
• Assist with remediation.
• Review the impact of security vulnerabilities and assist in the remediation
• Monitor alerts generated from the network monitoring system and update tickets accordingly.
• Support the collection of network data and update documentation.
• Other general duties are based on your current skillset.

Requirements:

• Experience Setting Up basic networks.
• Basic understanding of network design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and the OSI model.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Visio.
• Basic understanding of network devices.
• Desire to want to learn more.
