The ML engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Coordinating with an in-house or external data team to design a strategy for collecting appropriate data for building a deep learning model for the required task

2. Designing, building and training deep learning models using state-of-the-art architectures including CNNs, LSTMs, attention networks and transformers. Training is either done on our on-premise servers or on the cloud (e.g., using AWS servers)

3. Deploying the final model on a server and providing an interface or APIs to interact with it

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE, CS or Data Science

2. Ability to formulate a problem as a machine learning problem

3. A reasonable theoretical/mathematical understanding of various deep learning architectures

4. A reasonable theoretical/mathematical understanding of various objective/loss functions

5. Strong programming skills in Python

6. Extensive experience in either TensorFlow or PyTorch

7. Prior experience of using deep learning either in research or industrial setting
