Basic Qualifications
- Comfortable with computer technologies and the command line
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- High aptitude for learning new computer skills, technologies, and software
- Results-oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Strong English is written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills
- IT support experience
- Programming experience
- LAMP experience (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP)
- Networking technologies experience
- IP telephony, IP video experience
Education Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor's
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
