This job is for a USA based customer via the BPO (the customer is 29 year old company based in USA in Oil and Gas industry)
The salary will be pegged to USD (in other words paid in rupees but in USD rate, great hedge for inflation and $ decline in Pakistan)
Timing will be from office in Lahore (may also consider remote work from other cities for very strong candidates) may require one week work from Lahore office per month
Previous experience in BPO working with USA based customer or western customers is important

Looking for someone who has an excellent understanding of enterprise level ERP systems, programming experience, along with an interest in learning and creatively solve problems.
The. specific ERP system and language are not important but form a common ground to build from.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and workflows, and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop, customize, and maintain various systems based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement integrations between various systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various systems.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, and recommend solutions to improve system performance and functionality.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including design and configuration documentation.
Skills:
Must have:
- 3+ years with any ERP
- 2+ years with any object-oriented programming language
- Project management
- Business analysis – analyze and document business processes, translate them into technical requirements
