Technical Level
- Assist Project Engineer in conducting technical survey of CPIs / damage assessment in the Villages
- Assist Project Engineer in Design and preparation of cost estimates of CPIs.
- Assistant Project` Engineer in preparing sub project proposals for every individual CPI.
- Assist Project Engineer in guiding and training of communities in implementation water and sanitation schemes.
- Assist Project Engineer in making case studies and reports of successful CPIs.
- Monitoring of schemes.

- Ensure compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services to communities.

- Abide by the IR zero tolerance policy towards bribery & corruption through sensitization / empowerment of communities on coping mechanism so that they can raise voice as & when feel inappropriate.
- Assist in identification & documentation of organizational successes for show casing IR work
- Participation and facilitation in implementation of IR seasonal programmes.

Person Specification
It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols.
