Overview:

ISAFE Enterprises LLC (ISAFE) is seeking a skilled DRUPAL Engineer to join our team. As a DRUPAL Engineer at ISAFE, you will play a crucial role in expanding our technology platform and delivering exceptional solutions to our clients in the education, commercial, and government sectors. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about DRUPAL development, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Technology Platform:

ISAFE engages with educational and commercial organizations, through a robust technology platform, aimed at instituting compliance solutions focused around identity verification, online privacy, parental engagement and technology adoption.  ISAFE’s suite of technology services is built in Drupal.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and project leads.
• Develop customized DRUPAL modules and themes, as well as configure DRUPAL websites.
• Select and troubleshoot DRUPAL contributed (contrib) modules, are pre-built extensions or plugins.
• Create comprehensive documentation for the developed code.
• Execute DRUPAL site migrations and optimize existing code.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of extensive experience with Drupal (versions 7, 8, and 9)
• Proficient in PHP with a strong problem-solving background.
• Ability to write and optimize MySQL queries for efficient SQL operations.
• Skilled in creating DRUPAL 10 themes, views, and modules following industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts using DRUPAL.
• Familiarity with working in a team environment and utilizing standardized development workflows.
• Proficient in using the Linux command line.
• Understanding of software development practices.
• Familiarity with GIT version control system.
• Experience with SASS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
