Job Responsibilities:
The candidate must be proficient in the following areas:
- Manage Network (LAN, WLAN & WAN)
- Manage DBase & E-Sales software
- Weekly dispatch process on software
- Dispatch of general / special letters & letter of thanks
- Introduction of DBase & E-Sales to new interns (Training & Updating)
- Follow-up complete all dispatch-wise stat till end
- In-house IT equipment & camera functionality
- Account-wise record of dispatches
- Data analysis / graphs & reports
- Inventory record of IT / other related
- All IT equipment functionality / regularly checking
- Procurement of IT equipment
- IT support & trainings
