| Job Description: |
DASU Project requires a Junior Contract engineer with 4-5 year experience
Salary will be range from 1.2 lac to 1.5 lac depending on experience and type of previous organization
Official Job Location: Wapda colony chooching Dasu Upper Kohistan
Responsibilities will be as below:
- Preparation of Contracts as per PEC Standard form of Contractual & Bidding documents.
- Preparation of Pre-Qualification & RFP documents.
- Preparation of Financial & Technical proposal for consultancy services.
- Preparation of Contractual Claims as per PEC Standard form of Contracts & as Per FIDIC Conditions of Contracts.
- Preparation of Invoices.
- Preparation of monthly monitoring reports.
- Familiarization with Public Sector Procurement Rules, Procedures etc.
- Structuring large-scale procurement contracts i.e EPC Contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
- Provides direction, development and leadership to reporting employees.
- Performs any other work assigned by the Management.
- Excellent knowledge of Govt. Works Sector procurement procedures and PPRA Rules.
- Risk identification and analysis.
- Up to date with Primavera and / or other project management applications.
