| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- To provide technical and administration support to the literacy classes through frequent monitoring and supervision of the literacy classes
- Supervise the day-to-day management of the CBALs
- Ensure that each CBAL literacy teacher has proper lesson plan
- Ensures the completion of the curriculum in agreed time duration
- Collection and analyzing of the data from CBALS classes
- Monitors the daily attendance sheets of the teachers and the students
- Contact with CBALS
- Regular class observation and provision of basic feedback
- Report from the quality of the classes
- Ensures regular assessment of the students learning achievements
- Regularly report of the progress of the project
- Keep records of all achievements and challenges for the lesson learnt
- Mobilize and encourage community for supporting of girls education through CBALS at village level
- Maintain and update accurate records and attendance sheet for student and teachers
- Contribute in administrative issues of the project (distribution of text books stationary stipend etc.)
- Registration and record of all assets provided to the CBALs
- Ensure the implementation of agreed plans at the field level to achieve quality results on time.
- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders serving children and the community to familiarize them with the project and its objectives and engage them in the process.
- Submit regular updates and reports
- Manage a team of community mobilizers
- Represent the project with local government, NGOs, and communities
