We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Server Workstation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Computer Server Workstation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server and workstation hardware and software systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our computer systems, ensuring optimal productivity for our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain server and workstation hardware and software systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement network infrastructure solutions.
• Respond to technical support requests and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct system audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement security measures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend system improvements and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Computer Server Workstation Engineer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of server and workstation hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
•  Proficiency in server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and network security concepts.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are a plus.
