Job Description: |
- Perform as an Asst. MR of the Company.
- Ensure that processes needed for the MDR, Quality and Environmental management systems are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with requirements of International Standards.
- Report the top management in MRC meeting on the performance of the quality and environmental management systems and any need for the improvement.
- Ensure the promotion of awareness of regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Make contacts with certification authorities and perform requisite written or oral communication with them.
- Perform audits of all the departments according to the schedule.
- Formulate and executes the quality & environmental policies/objectives of the Company with the consultation of
- Chief Executive and concerned department heads.
- Keep control on different quality and environmental related documents.
- Arrange calibration of all equipment according to the schedule.
- Keep all the records of the employee’s training.
- Keep control on quality and environmental records.
- Immediate disposal of invalid and / or obsolete documents.
- Establish, develop and maintain the technical file as per requirements of directive 93/42/EEC.
- Check the filled in PTCs and RPTCs at the final stage.
- Conduct second party audit of the suppliers.
- Observe that the quality planning is applied to all processes of the Company.
- Make arrangements to plan and announce complete schedule of MRC meetings.
- Identifies legal, regulatory, and other requirements.
- Revise the quality and environmental manual at least once a year.
- Initiates corrective and preventive actions as well as responsible to handling the ILO related matters.
- Facilitate internal and external communication regarding environmental issues.
