| Job Description: |
Position Summary:
This position makes sure the quality of Embellishment i.e. quality of printing and embroidery of cut parts and garments as per quality requirements by looking after Embellishment Inline QC and Final Inspection. The activities are carried out with the objective of making sure to produce the good quality products to meet the customers standards and also provide good quality cut panels for sewing along with 100% final Inspection within the limits of specified process, SOPs, defined roles and responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective implementation of procedures and systems on the working section
- Ensure all teams are fully aware of Parameters and SOPs
- Ensure prep working and requirements for starting the embellishment process are fulfilled
- Display all required documents, standards, strike off, placement paper, and CAD
- Cross verification of all received strike off/placement paper and CADS
- Check the authentication of all standards
- Maintain and continuously improve effective Quality Management of the embellishment floor
- Control non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions
- Implement document controls, Risk Assessment, and MCPs
- Ensure compliance with all QMS requirements
- To improve quality, conduct floor meetings to discuss PP comments and raise awareness among the team about product variations before and during production, while verifying all aspects with standards.
- Make sure the process KPIs i.e. Embellishment in line, final inspection and critical issues review with relevant teams, problem-solving for improvement in KPIs and reduction in rejections.
- Communication of KPIs on a frequent basis to all the relevant teams. Also take actions to improve product quality through RCA, CAPA, PDCA.
