Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and release notes.
• Research, organize, and present information in a structured and logical manner for different target audiences.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of documentation by following style guides and company guidelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and validate technical content.
• Update existing documentation to reflect product enhancements, feature changes, and bug fixes.
• Conduct regular reviews and edits to improve the quality and usability of the documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing, API documentation, and database techniques.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance documentation workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, specifically with API documentation and database techniques.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as MS Word, Confluence, or other similar tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
• Knowledge of markup languages (e.g., Markdown, XML) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
