| Job Description: |
- Installation/Troubleshooting of System Hardware and Software including OS (Windows and Ubuntu).
- Troubleshooting and resolving network and system related technical issues reported by end user on time.
- Providing support related to Hardware/Software to end users.
- Manage and install software developed by in-house software team.
- Installation and maintenance of Wireless devices for remote side connectivity.
- Network Monitoring (This includes monitoring network performance).
- Managing IT inventory.
- Manage servers.
- Manage LAN, Internet, and Ethernet connections (including service providers)
- Manage all office IT components such as email domain and website etc.
- Manage all office equipment networking, i.e., printers, scanners, TVs, CCTVs, Biometric devices, etc.
- Should be able to work in flexible hours on any assigned tasks.
- Should have good experience of network routers and switches.
- Generate periodic reports for the management.
