Job Description:

Job Objective:

Spares part management and solutions

Warehousing & storage and disposal

Logistics and order execution

Job Responsibilities:

Meeting Operational / Projects requirements.

Controlling of Warehouse over-all operations.

Review of monthly scorecards and KPIs.

Manage headcount, direct labor, & temporary labor

Monitor and improve facility Safety / Security / Environmental / Quality standards through SOPs and inspections.

Maintain appropriate appearance/cleanliness in all locations (GMP compliance).

Transferring; document recording and data entry into WMS.

Verification of all bills, expenses and PODs.

Ensures operations are conducted as per the Standard Operation Procedure SOP’s.

Knowledge MS Office.

Key Performance Indicators:

Ensure shipment and receiving accuracy in the shift

Implementation of all operational SOPs and ensure compliance

Ensure stock accuracy all the time

Ensure compliance of all customer KPIs

Adherence to HSE (Health & Safety)guidelines

Skillset Required:

Telecom Projects knowledge of multiple vendors plus supply chain.

Good Interpersonal and communication skills both written & verbal

To-do attitude.
