| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Sciences or Engineering. Masters will be a Plus.
- Have 5-7 years of relevant work experience
Job Description:
- Manage New Requirements and Concept Evaluation.
- Formalize Requirement Specifications and Functional Specifications.
- Design products and tariff solution considering scalability factors
- Test products/tariffs in CRM and Charging systems.
- Ensure identifying and follow up of known issues.
- Propose configuration improvements to make overall configuration lean and sustainable
- Support for business functions and other ad-hoc requests.
- Support management in with reports and monitoring implementation SLAs
Essential Skills:
- Working knowledge of Tariff configuration principles.
- Sound Understanding of key Product definition attributes.
- Working experience of SQL language.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Sound communication skills coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Desirable Skills:
- Working knowledge of Telecommunication Infrastructure (Roles of IN, Mediation, Provisioning, Payments, RA, CRM and DWH systems).
- Hands-on experience of Ericsson Charging System, Geneva Billing system, Product Catalogue is a plus.
