Skills & Requirements – Our Must Haves

·         Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field

·         Attention to quality through unit tests, automation scripts, and code reviews

·         Must possess strong programming skills.  Technologies include: C#, ASP.NET, MVC5, Web API 2, Web Services, Entity Framework 5/6, AZURE, Distributed Cache handling, HTML5/ CSS3, frontend frameworks and JavaScript/ jQuery/ Sammy JS.

·         3+ years of .Net development experience.

·         Knowledge of object-oriented design principles, design patterns and software architectures

·         Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.

·         Participate in daily scrum, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.   

·         Perform software development for the most critical aspects of software applications.   

·         Improve quality metrics through process automation and unit testing.   

·         Research support issues, business requests, and potential solutions.

·         Assist in developing and improving procedures, standards, and best practices.

·         Create and maintain documentation to support the full Application Development Lifecycle.

Nice to Have

·         Familiarity with SQL Server and T-SQL database development.

·         Experience with version control systems such as Git and Team Foundation Server.

·         Experience with SCRUM software development process.
