| Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating customer meetings and customer onboarding, using internal tools
- Taking minutes of meeting
- Internal meetings/discussion on both existing clients and new projects
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients on projects
- Updating Product Pricing and SKUs
- Issue Escalations
- Email/phone communication (Internal and Client facing)
Working Hours:
- Night Shift: 8 PM to 5 AM
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Project Management concepts and tools
- Self-motivated and fast learner
- Team player and able to work well under pressure
- Experience using MS Project would be preferred
Qualification:
