- Configuration/Setup of newly acquired IT equipment (Printers/Plotters, Laptops, Copiers, CCTV, Network equipment)
- Maintenance of already acquired IT equipment
- Troubleshooting of IT equipment
- Biometric machines installation and maintenance and employee enrollment in all offices
- Configuration and management of Web hosting and Email (Graana only)
- Management of Workgroup domain.
