We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to help accelerate our company’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and optimizing our sales and marketing efforts to drive sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies aligned with company objectives
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and client relationships
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership
• Contribute to pricing, positioning, and value proposition development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in business strategy, growth, or business development
• Proven track record of executing growth strategies and scaling revenue
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional projects
