| Job Description: |
This job role is to process invoices, verify payments, reconciling bank statements, and managing vendor and inventory.
- Receiving and verifying invoices from vendors and suppliers.
- Ensuring invoices are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies.
- Managing timely payment to the vendors.
- Reconciling bank statements with accounts payable records.
- Resolving invoices disputes and queries.
- Maintaining data record of vendor invoices and imports documents as per law and regulation.
- Assisting in inventory counting and reconciliation
- Assisting with month-end closing requirements
Qualification:
B.com, BBA from a reputed university with at least 1 years’ experience in accounts payable. |
