Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist oversee and manages company's financial obligations by ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, LC payments and inventory management and analyzing accounting software, conducting system audits with ensuring data accuracy.Job Description:
- Analyzing the financial statement and trial balance for data accuracy.
- Ensuring reconciliation of vendor statement with company records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Managing banks and cash related tasks.
- Conducting inventory audits.
- Assisting in external audit and involve in internal audit function of company
- Maintaining inventory records including raw material, work-in progress and finished goods.
- Analyze the data to identify patterns, trends and correlation.
- Ensuring data security and privacy regulation.
- Address all AP software related problems and resolving it IT team.
- Creating alerts in any inconsistencies, errors and data quality.
- Liaison with all departments to ensure appropriateness of data provided in system.
Qualification:
- CA inter, ACCA, ACMA with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in managing accounts payable
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and payables processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
