We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our corporate customers, partners, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and enhancing the overall dining experience. This is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction

• Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote special offers and events

• Identify opportunities for business growth and increased profitability

• Monitor customer preferences and industry trends to improve service offerings

• Train and support staff in delivering exceptional customer service

• Resolve complaints and ensure a seamless dining experience

• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

• Coordinate with customers to fulfill their requirements in best possible way

• Implement menu plans and events as per customer requirements

• Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience in customer relationship management, hospitality, or restaurant management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to analyze customer feedback and implement improvements

• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach

• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
