Job Responsibilities
Contribute to the HEIS project processes from demand generation of HEIS Technology to achieving ultimate farmer yield success. Optimize agronomical practices to maximize the benefits of the Drip Irrigation System. Develop and train a skilled technical team capable of executing HEIS Projects at the district level. Provide training and supervision to the Execution & Sales Team as well as farmers. Liaise with concerned government and consultant bodies to ensure guided procedures are followed for government recoveries to the company. Support the area agronomical team to ensure crop yield benefits for farmers at the field level.
Job Specification
Good knowledge of Water Management, Fertilization, Soil, Agronomical Practices, and Tunnel Technology. Must have know-how of crops such as vegetables, cotton, sugarcane, maize, etc.
