Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and on-boarding.
- Build and maintain corporate and university linkages for talent acquisition and internship programs.
- Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and ensure timely disbursements.
- Maintain HR data, reports, and trackers using MS Excel (attendance, leaves, payroll, etc.).
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including recognition programs and internal campaigns.
- Contribute to organizational development efforts such as training sessions and performance management cycles.
- Organize and manage office events and employee activities, ensuring participation and smooth execution.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and address employee queries in coordination with other departments.
- Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws.
