The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the execution, coordination, and timely delivery of development and civil engineering projects. The role involves overseeing project planning, budgeting, progress monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project completion in line with organizational standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and development projects from initiation to completion.

• Prepare project budgets, schedules, and work plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost controls.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Oversee civil works execution on-site, ensuring quality and compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication throughout all phases of the project.

• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and progress reports.

• Support procurement activities, including contractor selection and contract administration.

• Report project performance, progress, and issues to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (PEC Registered).

• Preferred Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification.

• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in project management within the construction, infrastructure, or development sectors specifically in finishing and high rise projects.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of project planning tools, budgeting, and civil engineering practices.

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
